Description: Premier Staff is a premier hospitality and event staffing agency specializing in luxury, high-touch guest services for VIP stadium environments. We source, vet, and train staff for luxury suites, VIP lounges, premium club levels, and exclusive fan zones for special events. We’re seeking an experienced Recruiter to identify top talent, manage the screening process, and ensure readiness for high-profile environments. This role supports hiring 600–1000 staff across upcoming events and requires scalable, efficient recruitment and onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and hire staff for VIP stadium events (luxury suites, VIP lounges, clubs, exclusive zones)
- Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with event calendars
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background verifications
- Coordinate training and onboarding tailored to high-end guest services
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and track recruitment metrics
- Collaborate with operations and client services teams to meet event needs
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in hospitality/event staffing or high-end recruitment
- Experience sourcing for luxury or VIP environments
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and onboarding skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and multi-event schedules
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
